Refund Policy

Because we sell food, beverage, and consumable flavor products, we cannot accept returns for customer convenience. To protect customer safety and product integrity, all sales are considered final except in the cases listed below.


1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or unopened food items
  • Beverages
  • Consumable flavor additives
  • Any item classified as a consumable product

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will issue a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • An incorrect item was delivered
  • Product defect related to packaging or quality

To qualify, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered,” we cannot replace or refund items stolen or lost after delivery. Please contact your carrier for delivery investigations.
