1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Some remote regions may require additional time or may not be eligible for delivery.


3. Shipping Fees

5. Delivery Estimates

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.


6. Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number, which is emailed once your order ships.


7. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
